How it works

Step 1: Check your flight eligibility

Upgrade is available on select routes - check your flight’s eligibility by providing your booking information in the panel below.

Step 2: Make an offer to move a higher cabin class

You will see the strength of your offer during the bidding. You must provide details of a valid credit card to finalize your bid. If successful, you will be charged the bid amount and receive confirmation a day or two before departure.

Step 3: Enjoy your upgrade

Once your upgrade is confirmed, you’ll enjoy the many benefits of traveling in our Business or First Class.
